My Swan Story describes how I transformed from labeling myself "Queen of the ds" - because SO many dilemmas defined me - to discovering my God-given design and destiny as a Swan, crowned with beauty, grace, and strength, and with a purpose to serve other Swans - you - to transform and discover the same.
Today I'm known as the Pink Collar Coach.
I'm a life and leadership coach, consultant, author, presenter, dance fitness instructor, and God's beloved daughter.
I hold a Master's degree in Leadership and Coaching with an Executive Coaching certificate. Recently, I earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree with a Coaching Concentration from Regent University.
My Approach
Utilizing a transformational coaching approach, I serve as a powerful change agent and facilitate The Swan Experience by providing life and leadership coaching that deals with the dilemmas - ds- such as death, divorce, disruptions (maternity, menopause, midlife), and domestic violence, etc., that threaten to derail women in the workplace.
I prevent derailment by coaching women to minimize their barriers and to maximize beauty and their best personal and professional lives through total transformation. Discovering their design and destiny empowers women to make changes that enable them to live the best version of themselves now and to make the most of their possibilities and potential so they can lead their best lives and fulfill their purpose in the future.
